A bubbly, easy, showstopping Prosecco cocktail
Ingredients:
90ml Babydoll Prosecco
60ml chilled soda water
30ml Elderflower syrup
Sliced lime
Fresh mint
Ice
(optional) pickled cucumber ribbons & raspberries for topping
Instructions:
Place a handful of ice cubes into a wine glass. Add syrup, Babydoll Prosecco, and soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with mint and lime & top with a little skewer for decoration!
