Melie’s Kitchen & Babydoll Rosé

Nothing beats a delicious spread of nibbles, alongside a lovely chilled glass of rosé. Rosé is best shared with friends, so our friend Melie from Melie’s Kitchen has paired it with a stunning spread of dips and salads designed to share.

The smoked salmon, horseradish & sumac pate is a real crowd pleaser, pretty n’ pink alongside some crunchy pickled radishes. The caramelised onion & parmesan dip is a fancy take on a kiwi-classic, topped with spicy, smoky chilli & garlic oil. The charred red pepper, cherry tomato & pomegranate salad with feta is a beautiful, colourful salad perfect for the festive celebrations. Served with some crunchy za’atar Lebanese breads + focaccia – perfect!
