You may notice some cloudiness or sediment in your Cloudy Rosé, as it is unfiltered. The sediment is natural and harmless, and will settle at the bottom of the bottle. If you would like to enjoy the wine cloudy, gently invert the bottle before opening. We recommend serving chilled. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and enjoy it within the same timeframe as a typical bottle of wine. Individual parcels of Pinot Noir were harvested, destemmed and gently pressed after a short period of skin contact to extract their beautiful pink hue. The juice was left to settle in tank for 48 hours before being racked. A long, cool fermentation using a range of yeasts captured the bright, fresh fruit characters. The individual parcels were then blended and intentionally left unfiltered, without heat or cold stabilisation, to create our intended cloudy style.
