Winemaking
Prosecco DOC reflects the unique terroir of the Veneto region. Produced using the Charmat Method, this Prosecco is elegant and balanced, with vibrant aromatics and a creamy texture that highlight the characteristics of the area.
Base wines are carefully selected for the cuvée. Fermentation is temperature-controlled to preserve freshness and develop a fine perlage. After blending, the wine undergoes stabilization and filtration before bottling.
